Happy Father's Day Corey! This guy, when I go to work, he comes home from work and becomes Father-bear and Mama-bear at the same time.Thank you for being such a hard worker, an efficient errand-runner, homemaker, best friend, father and confidant. He always goes above and beyond for everyone- that's a lot and none of what he does goes unnoticed... You've done a lot for the kids, Kristina and I and we love you for that.

He got to sleep in (which is rare because he lets me sleep in 😂, we made him brunch and a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies, got some planting stuff with the kids (he wanted to teach the kids about it and it's a success so far), went to @float30restaurant for dinner (first time and it was great thank you @tintin_castaneto for the gift card) and walked Barnet Marine Park. Such a beautiful day! I hope everyone had an awesome Father's Day too ❤️ taken in Barnet Marine Park by @katcastaneto

Happy 27th Birthday to my beautiful daughter @tintin_castaneto 💖 You're over there enjoying Barrr-seh-lone-a with your colleagues/friends and Andrew. I cannot wait to see these pics! Oh I wish I was there to celebrate your birthday with you, I am so jelly! I just wanted to share a few pics of Tintin on here, the ones that I go through from time to time when I miss her.

She's doing BIG things: Well into her PhD term at SFU, going on interviews on radio stations to conferences all over the world, to researching and teaching and 'adulting!' I will never stop telling you how proud I am of you and your endeavors!

But promise to always make time to have fun babe: To smile, laugh and take a breather from your hectic professional life. You deserve it! I am your #1 cheerleader, supporter and friend. I miss you Rocco. I named him because as a puppy he loved pushing rocks and well I named him after The Rock! He had the white part of his fur on his chest that was shaped like a heart. I knew I had to pick him.The most friendliest, athletic, smart and loving Pitty/Rotty ever! I thought of you today...
