these photos popped up in my memories today right next to each other almost exactly two years apart. It’s crazy how so much time can pass and every day you look and feel the same until you don’t. The best changes come from doing something you love every day:) Sorry for the crappy gym pics and unsolicited advice but I hope you do the thing that makes you happy and I hope you love the person it makes you. by @katdilifts

#Gym by @katdilifts

These last 66 days I’ve increased my average sleep time by about 30 minutes… but I didn’t miss a gym day and I’ve gotten sm better at beating my protein goal🫶 I started doing yoga, I started eating almost 1000 more calories, I finally beat my 6 year fear of haircuts, I started an automatic DND for gym time so I won’t be disrupted and switched my week around so I could have an easy day Wednesday mid week<3 Even once you’re 2 1/2 years in there’s always so much progress to make!!
