Despite what TLC says, I think you actually should go chasing waterfalls.

Just maybe bring a helmet… and a guide. 😉

Almost exactly 7 years ago, I climbed Seneca Rocks for the first time. Today, I get to guide there!

This is truly a dream come true. That first day at Seneca only deepened my love for climbing. I remember saying out loud that I wished I could find a way to get paid to go climbing. Peter suggested that I look for a sponsorship, and not long after, I joined the @madrockclimbing team. Their support over the past 7 years has fueled countless adventures and helped me continue growing as a climber.

I’m forever grateful to Peter for his “Why not you?” attitude and to Mad Rock for making the first climbing shoes I ever bought (in 2006!) and for supporting my journey over the past 7 years.

Most of all, I’m honored that I now get to share my love for climbing by introducing others to this incredible sport.

Give me a shout if you’d like to give it a try! by @kate.climbs
