They say the Danube does the driving, and I am never getting out from behind this view.
Started in Budapest watching the Parliament light up at night, then sailed deep into the heart of Southeast Europe. Cruising past the cliffs of Serbia, slipping between Romania and Bulgaria, and collecting moments you can’t get from a highway.
If you haven’t done a lower Danube cruise yet, add it to the top of your bucket list. #amadeuscruises by @kate_dalton00

Always look on the bright side of life…
Last night Matt & I went to the special preview of Spamalot at the @athenaeumtheatremelb, and as someone completely new to Monty Python, I had no idea what to expect. Safe to say, I am completely hooked!
Director @drewanthonycreative has brought this ridiculously fun world to life with so much energy. The entire production feels like a massive, chaotic love letter to musical theatre.A few things that absolutely blew me away:

The Music : The songs are complete earworms. From the iconic “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life” to epic, show-stopping Broadway anthems, the vocals and the live energy were incredible.

The Characters: The cast is phenomenal. Legendary Australian comedian Stephen Curry makes an absolute meal of his musical theatre debut as the bumbling King Arthur, and powerhouse vocalist Jaz Flowers (@jazflowers) is utterly spectacular as the Lady of the Lake. Every single character is wonderfully unhinged with the most hilarious, chaotic energy from start to finish.I walked into the theater blind and walked out a newly converted fan. If you need a massive laugh and some fantastic tunes, you need to see this while it’s in Melbourne! @aecreativecomms taken in Athenaeum Theatre by @kate_dalton00

When survivors speak out, the legal system shouldn’t be the weapon used to shut them down.

The documentary @silenced_film exposes how defamation laws are systematically weaponized to silence women who report abuse. Led by human rights lawyer Jennifer Robinson, the film goes behind the legal battle lines with Brittany Higgins, Amber Heard, and journalist Catalina Ruiz-Navarro.It reveals a chilling reality: courts are increasingly being used by powerful figures to drain survivors financially, emotionally, and socially just for speaking the truth.

Why Australians Need to See It

A Broken System: Australia’s strict defamation laws make it incredibly easy for perpetrators to sue survivors, effectively criminalizing the act of speaking out.
A Call for Reform: It challenges us to demand urgent legal changes so that our justice system protects victims instead of protecting reputations.

Thanks @e_mmawebster
Silenced is in Australian cinemas now.
