Shooters waterfront. I booked this reservation basically based off the location and environment of the patio. It’s stunning. The food here was amazing and we had a great waiter and experience!! I ordered oysters, short ribs, and a sushi roll and cheesecake for dessert. Everyone else got an array of food , from chicken to shrimp to sushi! Everything was very good and we were pleasantly surprised at the drinks and desserts! It was decently priced, definitely was pricey for me because I ordered the whole menu! Unfortunately I forgot my id so I couldn’t try their drinks but my friends said they were super good! Burntwood tavern in fort myers! My friends and I got a great array of food and drinks for lunch. Ava got a great Hugo spritz , i got the blueberry bourbon mule which was super tasty and cutely garnished . One of the drinks we didn’t prefer was the “jack and Jill” which was literally straight vodka- but its user error because that was the Literal description. For food we all shared the beer cheese pretzel, the cheese was so good and the pretzel was super fluffy and salty! I got the hot honey chicken sliders with pickles ,and ranch! They were so good and definitely a hit between us all! Super juicy and spicy… definitely sub the buttermilk biscuit with a Hawaiian roll. Aubrey got the blackened shrimp tacos , they were loaded with all the toppings and were very refreshing- but we got bored of them after the first 2! Great flavor though. Next was Ava’s avocado chicken flatbread, it was super crispy. It had great toppings like bacon and mozzarella to go with it but it was cracker thin so next time I would try something else- but it was super big and tasty nonetheless. Avery got the avocado chicken club sandwich, I didn’t get to try but she says it was very good and the toppings made the sandwich!! Overall we were very happy with our experience here… the place is super cute and great patio area, the waiters are very sweet too. @postinowinecafe southlake! Postino is my favorite place for a small bite and drinks! Such a fun vibe here always, this time we went to southlake (I’ve been to multiple locations). great food and drinks, my favorite is always the pick 4 bread bruschetta. My recommendation is the Apple & Brie, fig & prosciutto , tomato & bacon , as well as the salmon and pesto. Cherryl and I had a refreshing sparkling rosè 🥂. Lost dog cafe in taylor ms. The vibes of this little town square are so cute and the service was so nice here. The coffee was cheap - only 5$ for a cinnamon roll latte and or matcha. The matcha was super good and I usually don’t prefer them. The latte was really great as well. Can’t wait to come back soon. taken in Lost Dog Coffee by @kate_ratesplates

Velvet ditch in Oxford - I got the ahi tuna nachos! 9/10 , super good, lots of flavor and spice: only sad part was that the tuna was seared instead of fully raw. The lobster Mac was great and had lots of lobster. Great drinks here as well by @kate_ratesplates

Quince on the River in Fort Worth. Dropped a wild amount for a spicy tuna roll, lamb dumplings, a bottle of champagne, and a cucumber spritz! Super great food, and a fun environment. Definitely recommend the lamb Barbacoa dumplings they had an unexpected flavor. We got free chocolate cake which was super good as well. The cocktails were great. definitely want to try more from them next time I’m in ftw. taken in Quince Riverside FW by @kate_ratesplates

Testa pizzeria is a staple in Frisco tx! I go here after church every Sunday and it’s great service and food! Very traditional Italian style pizzas and apps😍 by @kate_ratesplates

Lubbock Texas was a surprise to me for good coffee shops!! My favorite was my bluebonnet goat cheese latte from brewed awakening! Ninety-two bakery was also a hit, their 92nd anniversary so they have a birthday celebration latte! taken in Lubbock, Texas by @kate_ratesplates

Elaines Cocktail Kitchen in old town Frisco! This is a new spot for craft cocktails and fun appetizers. The Burrata plate was 10/10 , the melon addition was super good and you get all of the flavor profiles in a bite! All the cocktails we tried were super good but the favorite was the strawberry spritz! Definitely will be going back soon. by @kate_ratesplates

The Dallas gun club came out with a new renovation to their dining room and bar , as well as a new menu! Chef Luca is brilliant 🙌 one of the new dishes! taken in Dallas Gun Club by @kate_ratesplates
