Well the Ali Epic road trip of 2026 has commenced. The car is unpacked, laundry has begun and Ms Ali Cat🐈 is loving to hate us. What a trip 20 states 8 Provinces, so many amazing family memories and meeting so many family members 💕, I loved catching up with friends who are family to us. We are all happy to be home Aaron's garden is growing great, Malakai has updated his games and is now gaming and Hopper is sound asleep. by @kateali2018

I've been slack on adding photos of the last of our Epic Road trip we have been above the 49th parallel with very very spotty services.
After we left Banff we stayed with great friends Amos M. Wiggins and his better half Denise Leuschen in Calgary, Malakai gamed and we all caught up it was so good to see them again 💕. We left and continued to Saskatoon to spend the evening with Monica LeDoux and her beautiful daughter Lealani and we epically failed at taking any photos 😭.
We continued east to catch up and meet Aaron's older sister Myna and her Husband Vince at the Provincial campground Assassippi what a beautiful night we laughed and talked and shared stories 💕. We packed up and continued into Winnipeg where we caught up with Aaron's brother Hymie Ali and his lovely wife Nancy Yao and son Tom, it was so good to meet the family lots of laughter and more stories❣️.
We continued to Thunder Bay stayed for the night the smoke wasn't very strong must have moved out funny how wind does that 😂. We pulled a super long day and got to North Bay slept for the night and are slow and steady moving east. Stupid speed limit in this part of Ontario is 90 dropping to 70 and 50 a lot with cons signs posted but no construction. Onward to Quebec. Hey peeps
So as many of you are aware I've been active in Scouting for some time now (12 years with Malakai in some way) now I'm a Scouter with the North West Kjipuktuk Scouting - Halifax, Nova Scotia as a Beaver leader and our Little Legends have an awesome fundraiser going on, they have made dog biscuits Certainly Cinnamon Catering out of Spentgrain, pumpkin local urban farm fresh eggs and flour. The boxes are 200g of pure love and $10. DM/PM me we accept cash and e-transfer. Much 💕

Thankful for the garden of squash this year. These are just the ones that came freely from their vines we still have a pleather of squash in the backyard. by @kateali2018

Today was the day Malakai finished junior high. Next stop high school 🤯.
Malakai your father and I couldn't be more proud of the incredible human you have become. You have compassion empathy and love for those around you you are aware of what is going on outside your own bubble and that makes you a stronger and better person.
