Our friends over at Portland-local-music non-denominational megachurch @hairofthepig just released this playlist on Bandcamp!! It features 27 tracks by all local Maine artists, in honor of Depression Awareness Month! Don't feel alone, musicians are sad too, like as a rule! It's also a hot mess of styles, so get your head out of the gutter! Tap the piggie handle or check my story to find the link!! Goodbye

Come out to @outskirtstudios at 382 Goodwins Mills Road in Alfred this Saturday to see @bessie.jacques and I perform some original tunes, while checking out a ton of local artists and eating hotdogs! Yeah!

Our Feb 8 show called for a little extra warmth, and @katekoenigmusic delivered exactly that with her radiant set, marked by exceptional guitar work, expressive vocals and lyrical introspection. At the same time, there were subtle modern textures, creating a sound that felt both nostalgic and current.

@bessie.jacques invited the audience on a journey that was as thoughtful as it was immersive. Her piano playing captivated from the start, but it was her inventive chord progressions and carefully crafted melodies that truly held attention. There was a sense of storytelling in every phrase, her music balancing emotional depth with accessibility.

And anchoring the afternoon was host @sweensryche, who energized the room with a preview of new material from his upcoming summer release. His set offered a glimpse into a collection of songs poised to resonate with anyone navigating darker seasons, both literal and figurative. by @katekoenigcreative
