a little glimpse of my summer so far!!🚢

the past three months, i’ve had the privilege of being part of @spfldtheatre ‘s production of Anything Goes. this show has been so much more than a production; it became a turning point in my life.

this past semester was one of the hardest i’ve faced yet. somewhere in the middle of it all, i realized my original path toward medicine wasn’t the dream i truly wanted… it was the one i felt i was supposed to want. after much thought, reflection, and prayer, i made the first step to pursue a major in strategic communication, and started training to pursue performing professionally.

Anything Goes found me at exactly the right time. it reminded me why i fell in love with theatre in the first place. the joy of creating, the incredible people, and the feeling of being exactly where i’m meant to be.

i’m so grateful for this cast, this community, and this season of growth. here’s to following the dreams that feel like home. 🫶🫶🫶 by @kately_sutherland
