Yesterday, my family lost a very special person, my Pawpaw.

I’ll miss his warm hugs, incredible stories, weather updates, and the comfort of knowing he was always there. I’ll miss all the little things that made him Pawpaw.

I’m so grateful he got to meet his great-granddaughter, Charlie. I’ll forever cherish that she got to know her Pawpaw and that he got to know her.

I find comfort knowing he is no longer suffering and is finally resting peacefully. His family was by his side, surrounding him with love.

Pawpaw, you fought a good fight. Thank you for a lifetime of love and memories. We love you and will miss you more than words can say. 🤍 by @katerider2

Half a year with our sweet Charlie 🤍 Time is flying, and every day with you is our favorite.

At 6 months, she’s happiest watching her best buddy, Koda 🐾, floating in the pool , and trying every new food we put in front of her (she hasn’t found one she doesn’t love yet!).
