🔥ONE SIMPLY DOES NOT WALK INTO THE FIRE OF THE BADWATER 135 ALONE 🔥

@meaghanconnollymcelroy , @katesidoli , @kuafos , and @swanrunsfar I am forever indebted to you. I could not have had a better crew and without each of you I wouldn’t not have seen my dream become a reality. 🥹

Some words that come to mind when I think of my crew: SELFLESS, INCREDIBLE, DRIVEN, THOUGHTFUL BADASS,

I almost never have a crew or pacers, but the unique thing about Badwater is that you are required to have a crew - it’s simply necessary.

A road trip to Woodbooger 100 miler in Norton, VA was a complete success for all
of us🌟
We laughed and suffered together. I managed to hold on for overall finish 2nd Place Female 🏆.
Not much glamour in endurance racing.. it’s gritty & rough, but it’s a suffering that makes you stronger. When your body feels broken, there is always that little part of your soul that won’t let you give up 💛

This weekend was an adventure down to No Business 100🌟 with some pretty remarkable peeps 🐥
A 100mile loop with 14,400 of gain, starting in Tennessee continuing to Kentucky, then finishing back in TN.
Weather was good ☀️, but it did dip down pretty low @ night 🌙 … it was cold 🥶, and the night was so long!!!!! 🙄
The volunteers & aid stations are some of the best. The other runners and crew were so friendly, I spent many miles with different people just running & chatting to pass the time…. and came home with a shiny new buckle 💫 and always grateful to my friends that love to continue to do dumb stuff with me 🙏💜 taken in Pickett State Park, Tn by @katesidoli
