Team USA World Champions 2024

—

with the season finally coming to an end, i’m able to reflect on playing and winning the world championship representing usa. this was an experience of a life time. no words can explain the honor of representing your country with these amazing people. who would’ve known when i started this two years ago i would be able to play on the biggest stage there is. i am so thankful for my family, friends, teammates, and everyone who has supported me in not only my trip to london but supported me taking this backyard yellow ball game to the next level. c’est free 🦅🦅

recap of the past 2 weekends
—
this was my first ever competitive roundnet season and i couldn’t be happier with how it ended. i went from playing it as a backyard game to competing and meeting people all over the country. fast forward to these past two weekends, i did things i never thought i would ever do. first, i flew to ohio to play spikeball. i went on a plane to play a yellow ball game on a trampoline. that’s insane. secondly, i got a medal! never thought i would see myself get a non participation award. very thankful i got first place in the women’s advance division. pro is the goal next season! i’ve met so many great people along the way and i’m very excited to see what’s in store next season. by @katheleenphan
