My new album 'These Frightening Machines' is out now! 2 years in the making, finally released, and I couldn't be prouder. It's wonderful to know that these songs that have meant so much to me are now going to be taking on new meanings elsewhere. Do whatever you will with them! I want to thank everyone who helped bring this album to life - especially @robellisdrums , @benchristophers , @patrickjamespearson and all the amazing musicians. They say it takes a village, but somehow I ended up with a city ❤️ With that in mind, I also want to thank YOU for your support and encouragement. This is my third plunge inside the music industry machine, and it turns out these machines aren't quite as frightening as they seem, with the right people behind and around you.

This album is for anyone who has ever felt their body falter, their love waver, or time slip through their fingers.

OUT NOW: 'Secrets Still Remain' - the full-length version of the song I wrote for @bbcradio4 's Uncanny Cold Cases. It was an honour to be asked to contribute a new theme tune to this incredibly popular show, but I didn't anticipate the messages and emails I would receive asking for a full version. I've tried to capture the show's spooky themes of the supernatural & unresolved mysteries, all set to a sinister, stormy soundscape... This one is best served chilled 👻🔒

REMAINING 2026 SHOWS 🇮🇪 🇪🇺🇬🇧

Right then lads! I've got three more tours before I hang up my 2026 boots and I'd absolutely love to fill these rooms up, particularly as I venture into new corners of the map in Ireland and Northern Europe, before winding up back in Blighty for some Winter church shows.

Tickets are all on sale now and I'd appreciate any help spreading the word. Like I said, I'm starting again in a lot of these places, building new little audiences. It's magic, it's exciting and it's also a little scary! But isn't that just life?

A glorious 24 hours by the Rhein feat. a cog railway, a room with a view, incredible local wine and a packed out castle show. An enormous thanks to Tim for being the best host and hypeman we could hope for - incredible to see so many folks turn up, and a huge thanks to the crowd for their generosity.

Belgium bound now! Sold out show in Antwerp tonight, but there's still tickets for @degrotepost in Oostende tomorrow and then our final show in Amsterdam at Zonzij @tolhuistuin on Saturday ❤️ by @katherinepriddy

We're back on the road! We've had to abandon our car (sorry Skoda but it's every man from himself at this point) and we'll be completing this European tour in a little rental. Not ideal, but we're just relieved that the rest of the dates can go ahead.

SO! There has never been a better time to buy a ticket or tell a friend. We're playing in some beautiful places and there's still tickets for all the shows except Antwerp which is sold out. You can find them all on my website. Plusss if you'd like to be a legend & purchase some merch at a show that's honestly SUCH a help financially. I'm grateful for all the support! Xx

Tour Diary: Day 10 - we're a bit screwed 🥹 I'm in the process of trying to sort out onwards travel to keep this show on the road, but for now I've had to cancel the show in Vienna tonight. I am SO sorry, it's deeply disappointing and a real blow, and on top of that I hate letting people down. Hopefully we can come back in the future and make it up to you. by @katherinepriddy

Tour Diary: Day 6-8 - Stockholm to somewhere in Germany 🇸🇪🇩🇪

Oh maaan definitely left a lil bit of my heart in Sweden. Thank you SO much to everyone who came out to @nalenstockholm - I couldn't believe how many of you turned up, and I'm already excited to come back and soak up more of your cold waters, ancient ships and cardamom buns. Just try n stop me!

But for now we've flown back to Germany where the car and our belongings were still on the sidestreet where we left it (😮‍💨) and we're making our way down to Munich for a show at Kranhalle @feierwerk_ tomorrow night. Tickets available! So far we've accidentally ordered what I can only assume is the German schnitzel equivalent of a table naan...

Widely regarded as one of the UK’s finest contemporary folk artists, Katherine Priddy has earned widespread acclaim for her breathtaking songwriting, distinctive voice, and deeply evocative storytelling. Hailing from Birmingham, she first came to prominence with her acclaimed EP “Wolf” before releasing her celebrated debut album “The Eternal Rocks Beneath” which was longlisted for the 2022 Mercury Prize and cemented her reputation as one of the most exciting voices in modern folk.

Her follow-up album, “The Pendulum Swing” further showcased her gift for weaving intimate, cinematic songs inspired by nature, memory, and the landscapes of Britain. Katherine has toured extensively across the UK and Europe, sharing stages with artists including Richard Thompson and Vashti Bunyan, and continues to captivate audiences with her beautifully understated performances.
