Dancing in the moonlight 🔪🩸

A little self-portrait project for Halloween! 💀 It’s never too early to start celebrating right?
I had so much fun bringing this to life 🔥

Since a few new faces have joined recently, here’s a quick get to know me ♥️

✨ I’m Kat! I picked up my first camera at 13 and never put it down 📸
✨ I’m mostly known for my fantasy and dramatic smoke pole and aerial shoots as @kephoto however I’ve been spending time returning to my portrait roots now ♥️
✨ I love Halloween (if you couldn’t already tell 👀). My mum used to make the best fancy-dress outfits when I was growing up! She’s 100% the reason I love it so much!
✨ I spend my spare time gaming and hanging out with my little zoo made up of 3 chinchillas, 2 budgies, 1 snake & two fish tanks 🐹🐍🐠
✨ I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid at 11, so living with a chronic illness has always been apart of my life 💕
✨ It’s unlikely you’ll find me without a cup of tea in my hand (especially Yorkshire biscuit brew) and my current chocolate obsession is Reese’s Cupcakes

This week I have felt: anxious, not skilled enough, not pretty enough, not healthy enough, not creative enough, not doing enough markets, not doing enough social media, not growing fast enough and very much picking my life apart. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel enough. As a person and as a business I go through this cycle frequently of comparing my personal life and comparing myself to other businesses as we all do, but then I pick myself up and realise what I have actually done and what I have and you know what it’s pretty good even when it doesn’t feel like that, I have to put my logical brain on and remember who I am until the anxiety subsides and I feel calm again.

I don’t normally share this kind of thing but I think it’s important to know that we all go through these feelings and just because this is a business page for me I am in fact just one woman doing my best. I hope if anyone feels the same they come out the other side just as fast as they got into it. My anxiety has stopped me doing soooo many amazing things and I hope I can just be braver that’s what I hope for myself and I’m working on it.

Perhaps an over share but wanted to get that off my chest. I’ve had lots of lovely customers this week which have unknowingly cheered me up, and of course my friends have picked me up as well 🖤

31 todayyyy! Having the best time in Greece with Arthur but thought it’d be rude not to do a little post. I’ve spent my day eating (literally had 5 meals already and I’m going for sushi shortly), sunbathing on the beach, and drinking cocktails. It’s been the best!

I’ll post a few holiday updates on my stories while I’m away but im trying to stay out of work mode. You can still order as usual and if you have any questions I’ll reply when I can 🖤

Feeling angelic in the Benedetta crystal and cross set

A mixture of crystals, crosses and chunky stainless steel chain brings together a lot of different aesthetics I loooove. Available as a set or separates, gold or silver hardware, black or clear crystals, and of course made to measure as always.
