🎙New Episode @thedonnabarnes

👠 What happens when two women who lived the wild New York dating scene before dating apps… reunite 25 years later?

✂️ In this episode of the Broken to Brave Podcast, Love Coach Donna Barnes sits down with Kathleen Giordano @kathgiordano — aka The Lady Barber — to reflect on their unforgettable experience starring in one of the earliest reality dating shows, The Real Sex in the City (later To Live and Date in New York).

Known back then as “The Barracudas,” they weren’t just dating… they were navigating love, heartbreak, ambition, and attraction in one of the most intense dating environments in the world: New York City.

🕊September 11th is a day the world changed forever. Living on the Upper East Side, what stays with me most is the haunting, absolute silence that settled over Manhattan for days after. In a city that never sleeps, that stillness was deafening.

Today, we remember the 2,977 precious lives lost and the profound heartache left behind. We will never forget the immense sacrifices made by the firefighters, first responders, and everyday people who risked everything to help others.

I will always remember how people came together to help one another pure kindness.

May we always carry their memory and their courage in our hearts.
🇺🇸 💝🙏🕊
