It was great interviewing Drybar co-founder and New York Times best selling author, Alli Webb @alliwebb, and producing her session this week at @engagesummits @nemacolin. Alli’s story is filled with invaluable tips. Her transparency regarding both personal and professional challenges and juggling all that it took to build a successful business and life is truly inspiring. Thank you, @weddex and @kathrynarce for asking me to work on this project. #engage24 Photos: @paulmorseweddings @paulmorsephoto @goodencinema Creative Director, Event Design & Floral: @edlibbyevents Art Direction, Branding, Gifting Curation & Paper: @tpddesignhouse Event Planning: @le.feast Custom Linens: @nuagedesignsinc Conference Emcee: @djbrianbofficial by @kathrynarce
This week at @borgoegnazia marks our 56th Engage!, and our return to Puglia 10 years after our very first European Engage! Being back a decade later feels like coming full circle! 🇮🇹 A lot can change in ten years. Borgo has grown, Puglia has grown, and so have we. So this time, our event is designed to show you the Puglia of today, still full of tradition but with a few new surprises 🫒 Over the next few days, we’ll gather under olive trees that have been here for centuries, spend a night at Cava Puglia in Ostuni, and head to Alberobello for small group discussions inside the trulli 🛖 We’re so happy you’re here. Let’s make it a week to remember ✨ xoxo, @weddex & @kathrynarce Event: @EngageSummits Host: @borgoegnazia Venues: @borgoegnazia @cavapuglia @pettolecchiacollection Planning & Production: Momentum Event Concierge Gifting Curation: @bottegaegnazia Art Direction, Branding, Paper, Design Support: @tpddesignhouse Night 2 Creative Direction & Decor: @rachelbirthistle @tulipinadesign Photo Director: @corbingurkin Video Director & Team: @storyboxcinema Photo Team: @danielcolvinphotography @johncainphotography @kaitpenaphoto @kelseycowley @magifisher @patfureyphoto Day 3 Alberobello Experience: @indigenusexperiences Entertainment: @mhoevents Day 1 Entertainment: @terrarossofficial @mhoevents AV: @light_tracks_service Night 1 Luminarie: @paulicelli_official Night 1 Fireworks: @giuseppetruppa Night 2 Tent: @priviteraeventi Night 3 Tent: @exotent.it Night 2 Rentals: @apuliaeventsolution @thecomocollection Night 3 Rentals: @itinera_events G7 Rentals: @thecomocollection G7 Plants: @giardinimileto Day 2 Coffee Break Custom Furniture: @nimarindustry Night 3 Floral & Design: @nunziaguerinoflorist Night 3 Floral Supplier: @boragine_fiori Gala Catering: @federicosalzacatering Night 2 and 3 Bars: @joebarcatering Night 2 Heating: @proheat_rentaldivision Wine: @giovanniaielloenologo @vinicoppi @varvaglione1921 @daraprispumanti (Credits continued in comments) by @kathrynarce

We are delighted to welcome you to the breathtaking shores of Maui 🌺, where we gather in one of the world’s most inspiring destinations to celebrate creativity, connection, and the extraordinary art of hospitality. 🤝 Maui’s beauty is immediate 🌊. From its dramatic coastline and lush landscapes to the warmth of the aloha spirit that touches every experience here. Yet beyond its natural wonder lies a community defined by resilience, heart, and deep cultural pride. The people of Maui have endured unimaginable challenges in recent years, and it is an honor to bring Engage! here in support of this remarkable island and the people who call it home. 🙏 As wedding and event professionals, we know destinations are more than beautiful backdrops. They are living communities, rich with stories, traditions, and people whose hospitality shapes every celebration. Maui is one of the most magical places in the world to gather, to marry, and to create unforgettable memories. 💍🌸 This is our 55th Engage! since 2008 🎉. What began as a small one-day event has grown into a global community united by innovation, inspiration, and meaningful connection. Today, we welcome many of the world’s leading luxury wedding and event professionals, each bringing their own talent, perspective, and passion. ✨ Whether this is your first Engage! or one of many 🫶, we hope these next few days inspire you through conversations shared under the Hawaiian sky ☀️, experiences rooted in local culture 🌺, and moments of joy that remind us why we love what we do. Soak it all in. The beauty of Maui 🏝️, the spirit of its people, and the rare opportunity to gather in a place that reminds us how powerful celebration, community, and human connection can be. 🌿 Mahalo nui loa 🤙🌺 @Weddex & @KathrynArce Event: @engagesummits Host Property: @ritzcarltonkapalua Planning, Design, Gala & After-Party Floral: @islandevents Culinary Direction: @sugarbeachevents Art Direction, Branding, Paper & Design Support: @tpddesignhouse Photos: @megannollphotography @erickelley @paulmorseweddings @dmitriandsandra by @kathrynarce
