This semester tested me more than any other.
Balancing medical school with competing and training every single day has been incredibly challenging, especially when you hold yourself to high standards in both academics and athletics. It wasn’t the season I hoped for, but I’m grateful for every place this sport took me and every person I met along the way.
I know there’s so much more in me and I’m definitely not done yet. Here’s to less stressful semesters, lining up with fast girls and whatever is next!💙
& I apologize to everyone who put me on their fantasy team, I’ll make it up to you next seasonㅤ ㅤ◡̈

With the German Championships approaching, consistency and injury prevention are more important than ever.
LEVER’s support during treadmill sessions reduces impact and helps me recover better — and that’s exactly why I can truly enjoy my runs outside!! 🎥: @matt_roy by @kati.brle

Finishing my last xc season with the lady buffs has been a journey full of growth, lessons, and unforgettable memories💛🦬 Forever grateful for the opportunity to chase my dreams on the course while pursuing my PhD!! Balancing both has been a challenge, but it’s left me hungry for even more! And it definitely helps to have the best Coaches and teammates who make every step worth it!!💛#notdoneyet by @kati.brle
