Being chronically ill is all about balance, listening to your body and knowing when you need to rest and recover.
As much as my body hates me today for going out last night, you need to know when to let your hair down and relax and have a good time. Ofcourse having a good time was 10/10 but I am going to be paying for it for a few days now. 🥰 taken in Taunton, Somerset by @katiefkelland

Happy 12 year anniversary @thatpurple46
I cannot thank you enough for being by my side this year, its been challenging with my illness but we are getting there. Your support, love and care has ment the world to me.
I am so proud of all you have achieved this padt year and I love being your drift wag!!

Heres to many more years together and adventures we will have and now we have our boy @lando_thecockerspaniel to join us in them.

On days where I don't feel the greatest there is nothing more I love than spending it with the ones I love.

People often talk about what those with chronic illness can't do.

Very few talk about the fact that we don't choose when we can.

We don't decide when a good day happens.

We don't decide when a flare begins.

We simply adapt to whichever version of our body shows up that day.

So what do you wanna talk about...... My trip to London.

What a trip felt like I was there longer than 2 days as we got soo much done and saw soo much of London. I had a brilliant tour guide, but what made it better was it was a girls trip for mine and @knowles_grace birthdays. 🥰🥰 (premature for graces)

Some people might think im mad and bonkers for going when I'm still navigating my M.E. diagnosis but I have to test the boundaries at times and if my body hates me for it I'm prepared for it.
