As I head into my 40s, I really want to embrace ageing naturally. I don’t want it to be about reversing the way I look, but enhancing what I’ve been born with and learning to love this next season of life🤍 To me, ageing is about your energy, your confidence and the way you radiate when you’re comfortable in your own skin. Something I'm always reminding myself of in a world that offers us so many ways to change how we look. When looking for skincare I want something that is natural, easy to use and gives results. The Sea60 Noosa Face Elixir has become a favourite, with C60 antioxidants + 2% bakuchiol to help soften the appearance of fine lines and pigmentation while keeping my skin hydrated and glowing. Fun fact: I met Laura the founder of this brand over 20 years ago when we were both contestants in Miss World Australia and she was always and still is the most natural radiating beauty. So it makes supporting this brand feel even more authentic 🫶🏻 If your looking for clean organic skincare that gives results shop the Sea60 Face Elixir via the link in my bio 🌊🤍 @sea60.noosa #Sea60Noosa #organicskincare by @katieleeoconnor

Just finished facilitating a very special @beautifulminds Mother & Daughter Retreat down on the Mornington Peninsula, surrounded by more than 50 incredible mums and their gorgeous girls 🤍 It’s hard to truly explain the power of a retreat until you experience one for yourself. A space to pause To slow down To be present To connect, grow and transform✨ I’m so passionate about this work and the opportunity to help shape the next generation of women. Creating spaces where girls feel supported, empowered, connected and confident in who they are. We shared: ✨ Workshops ✨ Sound healing ✨ Yoga ✨ Connection ✨ Art ✨ Movement ✨ Reflection ✨ And soooo much more Watching mums and daughters laugh, open up, connect and create memories together was pretty special. #soundhealing #retreat #beautifulminds by @katieleeoconnor
These are my two favourite Bhumi organic cotton jumpers, and I know they’re going to be a part of my wardrobe for years to come. I love choosing quality pieces that I genuinely love and know I’ll keep reaching for. They’re soft, comfortable, timeless, and pieces I know I’ll get so much wear out of. And the best part is, Bhumi’s Winter Comfort Sale has been extended, with their best sellers back and 50% off sitewide for a limited time @bhumi_organic_cotton #bhumi #organic #sustainablefashion by @katieleeoconnor

It was a privilege to be invited to facilitate a morning of somatic movement, Pilates and sound healing for the incredible practitioners and staff at @thedao as they celebrated 10 years of their business. Holding space for a team of women so deeply committed to holistic health, healing and community was a true honour. Thank you for trusting me to be part of such a meaningful milestone @elizabethcullen.thedao 🩷💫🙏🏻 by @katieleeoconnor
Sound & Somatic movement last night with a beautiful group of women @aamariwellness ✨ A chance to slow down, find stillness, and come home to themselves in a world that is so full of noise. If you’d love to bring this experience to your studio, workplace, retreat, or private event, I’d love to hear from you.
