My favourite part of my evening 🧖🏼‍♀️💚

Honestly, I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed these last few days. Just a bit emotional, worried and like I’ve got a million things going round in my head 🥹

Dexter’s got his surgery tomorrow and I’m dreading it 🐾❤️

So tonight I’m trying to switch off, stop overthinking everything and just have a bit of time for myself.

Bath, PJs on, a little pamper with some of my Tropic faves and an early night ✨

Sometimes self care isn’t about doing anything fancy.. it’s just taking 10 minutes for yourself when your head feels a bit full ❤️

You ever just feel a bit.. MEH? 🫠

I’ve been feeling a bit like that the last few days.

Just a bit flat, overwhelmed and a little lost if I’m honest.

I think this year has just been A LOT.

My health, Dexter’s health, other personal stuff going on.. just life has been LIFE-ING 😂

And I think because I’m someone who’s always on the go, always keeping busy, finding something to do.. sometimes it all just catches up with me.

And when it does, I almost just kinda stop. Don’t really know what to do with myself! 😬

I’ve been absolutely rubbish at replying to messages too, so if you’re waiting on a reply from me.. it’s nothing personal I promise 🫶🏼

We’ve got Dexter’s surgery on Thursday too, so that’s probs playing on my mind more than I realise 🥹🐾

Anyway.. we got out for a little walk tonight and just look at that sky 😍

A bit of fresh air, some peace and quiet and time to switch off from everything.

Sometimes I think we get so caught up in the day to day, that we forget it’s actually ok to just slow down ❤️

Ok.. can we just appreciate the glow up here 👀😳

Not only am I 3 STONE down.. but my skin has DEFINITELY had a glow up too😍🙌🏼

And looking back at these photos, I can really see just how much has changed!

It’s funny because when you see yourself in the mirror day to day, you don’t always notice the little changes 🥹

But putting these photos side by side.. WOW!

Feeling happier, more confident and definitely a lot more comfortable in my own skin 🫶🏼

A little reminder to appreciate how far you’ve come, even when you don’t always notice it yourself ❤️

My little sidekick 🐾❤️

Always there, always getting involved in absolutely everything.. and apparently now a fully fledged member of my Tropic team too 😂

Loves having a good sniff of every new product that comes through the door and has to be right in the middle of whatever I’m doing.. my shadow, literally 😂

But underneath his cheeky little personality is the softest, most gentlest soul 🥰

I truly believe fate brought us together. He came into our lives when he needed us, but I don’t think he’ll ever realise just how much we needed him too.
