Getting the opportunity to co-program @bigsound for the last 3 years is one of those things I could easily let pass me by in the high-speed ride that is the music industry, but after this year’s event I am really trying to make myself stop and reflect and take it all in, and I’m genuinely so proud and grateful of the work that Casey and I have done.

I love the Australian music industry, we are so lucky to work with such a small ecosystem of excellent people & friends, and we are surrounded by such an incredible amount of unbelievably talented musicians who give us the opportunity to have this industry in the first place. It’s a privilege to be a part of something as core to Aus music as BIGSOUND, and worth every ounce of delirium that comes with sorting through the application process.

Thank you to everyone who passed on such lovely words to us this week 🥲 Didn’t quite crack 50 bands watched this year like I hoped, but did reach a PB of 47 💪 taken in Fortitude Valley by @katierynne
