Made a wedding cake! Then a goodbye cake! An Italian dinner! Lemon bars, cookies, and macaroons for a small little party! Painted a plate for work (niche) and then made some grad cards! Went home and made a key lime pie and dad made pizza with burrata — worth getting a photo! Ok that’s all byeee!!!! by @katieskitchenaid

finished my exam and WE ARE SO BACK!!!! Today I cranked out a black plum tart and then some fresh brioche with soft prairie berries from the flour mill. Made for an awesome burger.

Other notable items from the past couple of weeks include a tri tip lobster mac, lemon bars for yeck’s bday, valentines meal, & then some birthday cupcakes.

past 48 hours!
1. Brunch for 17!! bagels, sticky buns, cranberry orange cinnamon rolls all from scratch. Unfortunately it did all get eaten so I have no personal reviews. Will make again.
2. Scratch lobster mac. Made up the recipe in my head, turned out pretty solid. Will also make again.
3. Chocolate chip cookies. Will never stop making. by @katieskitchenaid

Made an Anniversary cake for a friend! (& honestly maybe my future wedding cake). This was SO fun to make and did end up with leftover frosting in the fridge, so it’s a win-win.

Almond cake, filled with whipped chocolate ganache, coated in an almond Swiss meringue buttercream, and decorated with almond buttercream. by @katieskitchenaid

Sorry for the hiatus! Back & hosting!! Italian night!! Featuring…

- Homemade pasta on the KitchenAid attachment!
- Meatball recipe I made up in my head
- Prosciutto and melon (personal favorite)

- Scratch tiramisu, down to the lady fingers. Layered, soaked, and left overnight in espresso
- Scratch paris-brest; pâte a choux dough with lemon pastry crème and fresh vanilla whipped cream, layered
- Scratch almond gelato, with Sicilian orange and cherries!
