It’s been before my vacay to the DR since I’ve been consistent in the gym due to a bump in the road that life always brings…ok, maybe a little more. The longest seizure I’ve had while working out at VASA of 6 minutes where chest compressions were done on me. Mandatory gym break for the last month. I had a loss of appetite and so lean muscle mass was lost due to low protein intake. 🙃 Back at it where gym is my therapy..and pushing to get my protein in. I hide things well, but this is me being vulnerable. by @katiess19

It’s been 2 weeks of not being in the gym..a place that was not only a passion, but therapy became a place of fear and anxiety. I had a seizure at the gym two weeks ago, without knowing it was coming on. Thankfully, I wasn’t doing any of my heavy lifts and people were there to help. My memory usually snaps back within a few hours, but it’s been weeks and I’m having issues with recall, word finding, exhaustion, amongst others. Off to neuropsychology 🙃 by @katiess19

Excuse the wrinkles, but I had to get one last picture. I was making room for more clothes in my closet. 🤦🏻‍♀️ As I was digging through a bin, I found this gem of a dress-the one I wore on Mother’s Day right before Mav was born back in 2018. I’m not sure if I can get rid of this dress despite it being too big. 🥹 by @katiess19
