If you have a colicky baby watch this!! my baby had colic super bad and ended up having silent reflux. These are all the things that helped!

My go to lately for staying lean postpartum!! I feel like once I find a food I like I eat it on repeat every single day 😅 I just make oatmeal with oats and water and I add walnuts, pecans, dried cranberries, banana and honey! Sometimes I will add cinnamon and peanut or almond butter too. If it’s too thick I add whole milk 🥰
