Some days, the most important progress is the kind that nobody sees 💭✨
It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, thinking that productivity only happens when we’re ticking off items on a to-do list ✅
But the truth is, the quiet moments - when we take time to reflect, recharge or just sort through what’s happening inside - are just as valuable, if not more.
These moments of stillness give us the space to reconnect with ourselves, realign our thoughts and gather the energy we need to keep moving forward 🪐

Sometimes we all need a reminder: what we see on Instagram isn’t always reality 💭
It’s often just a super small selected presentable part of a whole complex life.
And real life as a whole is not perfect and aesthetic 🌪️

Was that what I was supposed to do today? No...did I still do my best? Yes.
I was supposed to be studying but today was all about slow productivity 🐌 Instead of hitting the books, I did a bit of cleaning, got some fresh air and enjoyed some simple self-care moments ♥️ Sometimes, giving yourself permission to procrastinate can be exactly what you need to reset🧘‍♀️
Letting go of the guilt and trusting that it’s all part of the process! 💘✨
What’s something you ‘should’ do, but totally need a break from? ⏸️

War es das, was ich heute hätte tun sollen? Nein...habe ich trotzdem mein Bestes gegeben? Ja.
Eigentlich sollte ich studieren aber heute ging es um langsame Produktivität 🐌 Anstatt mich in Bücher zu stürzen, habe ich ein bisschen geputzt, bin an die frische Luft gegangen und habe ein paar einfache Momente der Selbstfürsorge genossen ♥️ Manchmal kann es genau das Richtige sein, sich selbst die Erlaubnis zu geben, zu prokrastinieren um zu resetten🧘‍♀️
Es geht darum, Schuldgefühle loszulassen und darauf zu vertrauen, dass alles Teil des Prozesses ist! 💘✨

You know that feeling when you’re all dressed up, ready to shine and then the camera comes out? 📸 Suddenly I’m questioning every feature and panicking that I look like 💩
Who else has had their self-confidence shaken by a single photo or video? 💔
Especially as a content creator but also as a private person, I keep seeing sides of myself in photos and videos that I really don’t like hahaha
