POSTS STORIES REELS

You can find my work in the April–May issue of @voguescandinavia. When Swedish makeup artist @lindaohloves asked me to join this editorial with my treatments, it took a while to sink in what kind of project she was actually talking about. At first, I thought it was just a small one-page feature…

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined this! This is a 14-page beauty story dedicated to holistic and organic beauty. I did facial acupuncture, ear acupuncture and @qibeautyinternational treatments for these pictures. The images are truly amazing!

In addition, I made 3 video tutorials for the Vogue Wellness Series, which you can find online at Vogue Scandinavia.

I also want to share the story behind how this all happened…

Linda’s friend had a @yinyourskin Gua Sha Facelift treatment in Stockholm at the end of last year. He was blown away by the results and the overall feeling. He’s over 50 – and after the treatment, he was even asked to show his ID to prove he was over 18! He told Linda, and encouraged her to create a beauty story around the treatment. That’s how Linda got the idea for this extreme organic beauty editorial... and the end result is now in the magazine!

I’m beyond happy that someone was so convinced by my treatment that it led to something like this.

Thank you to the whole team – it was an amazing experience to work with you all!

PS. Please note: facial acupuncture is never done on skin with makeup. The model in the photo isn’t wearing any makeup on her skin – only on lips and eyes. by @katjakokko

Results after one treatment of Vodder technique manual lymph drainage.

Looks amazing, right?

If you saw the technique, you would be even more amazed. There’s nothing fancy in the technique. It actually looks quite boring, and definitely not ”Instagram-friendly”.

And when I tell you that the skin is stretched with no pressure outwards and downwards, you propably don’t believe your eyes anymore.

But the treatment delivers instantly visible results, as you can see from the pictures.

Manual lymph drainage is not only de-puffing. It also lifts and tones the skin. In addition, it promotes cell renewal and is very beneficial for the ageing skin, congested, dull and sensitive skin.

In my opinion, everyone over 40 should have at least one treatment scheduled monthly.

Zero products, 100% anatomy.

It deepens.

Live-tallenne osa 2 (ääni katkesi kesken): YLLÄTYSUUTUUS: Rakkaudella ja yksinoikeudella @ruohonjuuri llekehitetty rajoitetun erän kasvonaamio: Yin Your Skin SYVÄ Graceful Ageing Mask.

Yhtään enempää ei tule. by @katjakokko

SURPRISE, SURPRISE. SOMETHING NEW IS COMING!

What will comfort your skin as the days get colder?

What will bring back softness, vitality and that recognizable YYS glow?

What will care for your skin as it changes with time – while celebrating the idea that beauty doesn’t become less with age?

It becomes deeper.

Something new is joining the YYS universe tomorrow.

A face mask created for graceful ageing – and this time, we didn’t create it alone.

Its name? We’re not telling you quite yet.

But here’s a hint: some things only become more beautiful as they deepen.

Can you guess what we call it?

Go deep, and leave your guess below.

Our founder @katjakokko will reveal the secret in IG live tomorrow Friday 23rd October at 1pm (Helsinki time). The live will be in Finnish. by @katjakokko

A lovely start to a sunny day with a PR breakfast at @marsaana 🌞

The breakfast was inspired by our ingredients: we raised a toast with a birch sap spritz and enjoyed cucumber and pea hummus toast, followed by apple cake with chaga and cardamom cream 😋

Our founder @katjakokko shared the story behind Djusie, our approach to skincare and her product development philosophy. Rather than following trends, she trusts her own vision of the perfect skincare range, with the skin’s needs guiding every step of development.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such an inspiring morning 🤗💜✨ by @katjakokko
