You Are Pure Light. ✨💜✨ Last week these words flowed out of my HEART 💗 as easily as it is to tell my family how deeply I LOVE THEM ENDLESSLY...as I wrote these words I realized, perhaps 🤔 those words were for me too, to soothe my soul.... when this world gets too divided, angry, evil, heartless and hopeless! A reminder to me..to keep loving 🥰. Not for what you do. Not for how you feel today. But for who you are underneath it all. When the world feels overwhelming, when grief feels too heavy, when depression whispers that you are alone — please remember this: you were never meant to fight darkness with more darkness. We can't fight back with more hate. We can't fight back with more divide. We can only fight back with love. We are so much more alike than we are different. We all know what it is to hurt. To miss someone. To feel lost. And inside each of us is a light pure enough to help heal that — in ourselves, and in each other. If you're struggling today, let this be your reminder: your light hasn't gone out. It's still there, vibrant, pure, loving. And it's needed. You are pure light. And love is how we find our way home. If you’ve lost someone to suicide, or you’re walking through depression right now, you don’t have to walk alone. Let’s talk, let’s breathe, let’s heal — together. 🤍 #youarepurelight #sdluv #mentalhealthmatters #suicideprevention #lovewins❤️ wins by @katnipbabs

We move to soothe. Mental health matters. Swipe 👉 I’m Kathy — fitness coach for 30+ years, founder of @sdhumankind and @fitterisfunnerstudio. I’ve spent my life helping people heal through movement, advocating for teens in crisis, and raising funds through flowers, merch, and my work with SanDiegoLifeline.org. I was nominated by a dear friend to try out for Top Host on iHeart because I believe in the joy of music, the power of love and vulnerability, and having the hard conversations for those we’ve lost to suicide. Please VOTE FOR ME so I can be a voice for hope — and in support of RyanSeacrest and all the children at Children’s Hospital dreaming beyond their windows. Let’s keep our minds strong, hearts strong, bodies strong. Together. https://tophost.org/2026/kathy-babcock Kathybabcock.me by @katnipbabs

Happy National Daughters Day, I want to celebrate my beautiful daughter, Chantal. At 41, you are everything I prayed you would become and so much more. I celebrate your successes. I celebrate the hard things you have been through, the things you have overcome. Your courage. Your bravery. I celebrate the way you advocate — not just for yourself, but for others. For all the othered people. For those who don't always have a voice. You show up with such compassion, such Christ-like love, such bountiful beauty that you freely offer to the world. You care. Deeply. With a compassion that heals people. I #am so proud to be your mom. You are my idol. You are my inspiration. And I love you more than words can say. And today I also celebrate all of our youth — all of our young girls growing into such strong, mature, courageous women. Watching you all rise up to advocate for women's medical health, for equal opportunities, for women in sports, for equal pay in the office AND on the field — it gives me so much hope. It's important work, and I'm so grateful for this generation that will keep carrying it forward. I love you, Chantal. I will always celebrate you. Happy National Daughters Day, my beautiful girl.#nationaldaughtersday❤️ #daughters by @katnipbabs
How do people hold out praise when you have 3 amazing eateries on one corner? ✊ And I haven't even worked your tastebuds on the other side of the dang street! Bravo 👏 chefs and hard working North County small businesses! Bravo 🙌 #tuesdaystuneupyourtastebuds #supportnorthcountybusinesses #smallbusiness #lovelanguages by @katnipbabs
I am so proud of the many small businesses in San Diego, especially in North County. Why would I post about other people successes.....?..... because it feels good, it's not about money, it's just about bringing a light on people who worked so diligently at their craft. I'm so proud of them! 👏🩵🌊🩵 Bringing 360° health to SDFitBIZ—where community meets wellness and local gems shine! Stopped by Not Famous, Just Known in Carlsbad for fresh, simple bagels and unreal butters. Couldn’t help but tell the owner how proud I am of young entrepreneurs like this—these are the people that make San Diego thrive. Go support and taste the love! #SDFitBIZ #SupportLocal #CarlsbadEats #entrepreneurspirit by @katnipbabs
