When you're Irish and a pole dancer 🇮🇪😎

A little trip to Carnlough today with the family 🫶🏼

I did this and got a round of applause from a woman who was out walking with her kids .. she asked me to do it again so I did..

I love that 🤗

Today I had the privilege of sharing the stage with two truly epic women in business, particularly in the fitness industry. 🧡 @katrinalennon__ @empowered_belfast

We talked about the highs, the lows, the wins, the losses, the sacrifices and all the bits in between that people don’t always see when they look at a business from the outside.

We talked about being parents, too, and navigating the realities of running a business while raising a family. Being the business owner, the leader, the problem-solver and the person the buck ultimately stops with. The pressure, the mental load, the decisions and the sacrifices that come with that responsibility.

It’s not always easy, and I think there’s something powerful about being able to speak honestly about that side of business.

I’d be lying if I said we weren’t nervous walking onto that stage. But sitting alongside these two women, sharing our experiences and supporting each other every step of the way, something shifted. It felt natural. It felt like we were exactly where we were meant to be.

There was no competition, no need to prove anything. Just three women who understand the journey, sharing the reality of it and lifting each other up.

I left feeling incredibly grateful to have been part of that conversation. Not just for the opportunity to share my own story, but to hear theirs, too. @m_j_lennon thank you for the opportunity boss 🫡

Here’s to more women taking up space, sharing the messy middle as well as the milestones, and reminding each other that we don’t have to do it all alone. 🧡💜

So cool to see 3 powerful women at the @eca_belfast summit this year who work in the fitness industry speak about the highs and lows of running their facilities.

So cool to see empowered women empowering other women ❤️

@wellfitni made me tear up knowing I played a small part of supporting her through the journey 🥲

Much love to @m_j_lennon for running this each year.

Excited to be spending time on the stage tomorrow! by @katrinalennon__
