▪️Proud Is An Understatement ▪️ Hey hey to my incredible community, old and new! I’m Katrina Parks, and for those who’ve been following my journey you know it all began with uncertainty and a leap of faith into the real estate world. What started as a humble beginning in Dallas Texas has blossomed into something truly remarkable. ▪️Today, I am honored to serve as the Vice President of Land Acquisitions & Assemblages at Monument Commercial Partners. Just five years ago, the idea of stepping into real estate like this seemed unimaginable. Yet, here I am, not only achieving professional milestones but also thriving in high-end, multimillion-dollar deals. If someone had told me this is where I’d be, I would have had a hard time believing it. But with God’s blessings, my family, and unwavering faith, this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. ▪️When I’m not immersed in real estate, you can find me on the pickleball court. Feel free to follow my pickleball journey at @pickleballtri & if you were only here for Real estate I have a real estate page strictly for all business transactions. @kparksrealestate ▪️Thank you for being part of this incredible journey. Let’s continue to grow, inspire, and achieve together. #KatrinaParks #RealEstateJourney #MonumentCommercialPartners #LandAcquisition #PickleballLife #GodsBlessings #FamilyFirst #MillionDollarDeals #NorthCarolinaRealEstate #EntrepreneurLife #SuccessStory #PickleballCommunity taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @katrinaparks_

Tomorrow I officially start a new chapter. 2,555 days of little footsteps, snacks, messes, cuddles, and chaos…. 🥹🤍 My baby starts Pre-K tomorrow, which means for the first time in 7 years, I won’t have a child at home with me during the day. Kylah is already in 2nd grade, and somehow I’m about to have 7 whole hours to myself. Like… what am I supposed to do with all this time?! 😭🥹🥺 There’s something about watching your babies grow that makes you want to freeze time. 🥹🤍 Tomorrow, I think I’m going to miss the little chaos. taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @katrinaparks_
