Little bits of progress in my #garfielddollhouse build. I know it’s not your typical idea for a dollhouse, but I just love the vibe of a good coffee shop so I’m pretty excited about it. Stay tuned. #coffeehouse #miniatures #dollhousediy #112scale by @katrinasminis

My mood board/inspiration pictures for the Coffee House in my #garfielddollhouse build. I love the deep, rich colors and mismatch moody vibe. I definitely want to have some exposed brick. The goal is for it to feel cozy and a little edgy, like a coffee shop where artists and art lovers would want to hang out. #insparation #moodboard #miniatures #pinterest by @katrinasminis

I bought the #garfielddollhouse kit on eBay a couple years ago and am finally getting around to building it. I’m so excited for this build! I have some fun ideas for this house so stay tuned. 🫶🏼 #miniatures by @katrinasminis

I found this beauty at a garage sale in my neighborhood. I paid a whopping $25 for it. Can you believe that! It even came with a deed. 😄😂 That’s how I know it was built in 1978. The lovely people told me it went through 3 generations of girls in their family. It’s definitely needs some serious TLC but I’m up for the challenge. You can’t beat $25. How fun it will be to give this house new life. I’m excited to give this baby some style. #dollhouserenovation #1978 by @katrinasminis

Getting pretty close to being done with the bedroom. I originally had floral wallpaper in here but it didn’t feel right. I like the grungy worn out look in this space. Something about that look in miniatures just makes me happy! And again with the exposed brick of course. 😍🧱🤌🏼🙂

Had to do a little bathroom repair. I don’t know why I didn’t add the Wainscoting behind the sink in the first place. 🤦🏼‍♀️🫣🫠 I also repainted parts of the sink and toilet. I like the worn white better. What do you think?

It’s been a while! (I got caught up in other projects) I finally got around to weathering this room. I love that old, not so fresh look. 🤎 #alisonjrdollhouse #weatheredlook #victorian #dollhousediy #112scale #miniatures by @katrinasminis
