Hey beautiful people💛

I may not know exactly where this road is taking me, but I know, I want to push myself forward, fulfilling my dreams🤍
Keep on dreaming🙌🏻✨
Believing in a future I live in and feeling alive✨✨
Stay open to new paths, new possibilities and new versions of myself✨✨
Nature always reminds me to breathe, to trust, to stay grounded and to keep going, even when the way ahead is not always clear.
The trees🌲🌳, the light☀️the wind, the animals they are all part of my energy sources🌬️🌀💙

I’m learning from every chapter in my life, carrying the scars without letting them define me, and choosing to believe that there is still so much beauty ahead💫

Still dreaming. Still becoming. Still following the light. 🤍🌲✨

I’m not giving up on my dreams.
Nature gives me strength.
Faith gives me courage.
And somewhere inside me, the dreams are still alive.

Still moving forward. Still becoming.

Hey beautiful people❣️
For a long time, I was quiet here on social media.
Not because nothing was happening, quite the opposite🤍

The last couple of years were filled with doctor appointments, pain, exhaustion, different kind of diagnosis & unanswered questions.
Time and thoughts filled with new medication, side effects, setbacks, small improvements and then other steps backwards.

There were days when my body simply said no!
Days when I had to think about things I never used to think about:
How long can I manage this?
How much can my body handle?
What will this cost me afterwards?

Chronic pain changes more than your body.
It changes your plans, your confidence, your energy and sometimes even the way you see yourself.

There were times when I lost weight, gained it back, stopped moving the way I used to, felt frustrated with my body and struggled mentally, because life suddenly became so much smaller, restricted and heavy.

And honestly, that was one of the reasons I stopped sharing.
It felt easier to stay quiet than to post nice & beautiful pictures, while struggling in real life. I just couldn’t do it.

But this is part of my story too, the hard times belong to my life , like the good times.
Now I want to share what happened and happens to me! It is part of my journey.

Not everything is fixed.
I still have difficult days.
I still have to listen carefully to my body.

But something has changed.
I’m no longer waiting for my life to become perfect.

I’m learning to accept where I am now. I allow myself:
To plan again.
To dream again.
To enjoy the good days without being afraid of the next bad one.
I don’t want to go back to pretending that life is always beautiful and easy. I want to show you the struggle, too🤍

Life can be sometimes messy.
Sometimes it hurts.
Sometimes it’s confusing.

But life can still be meaningful.
It can still be beautiful.
And I can still be me. Real. Not pretending everything is fine🤍

This is me learning to move forward with all of it.

With my strength.
With my fear.
With my pain.
With my laughter.
My setbacks. & my hope.
Moving forward to discover who I am now🤍

After a hot summer, Fenja enjoys the crisp air of autumn.

The golden leaf against her black fur, 🖤black & yellow💛, nice contrast.

A quiet moment of beauty before winter comes. 🤍❄️

Dancing with the wind🌬️🍃
letting go of all that weighs me down.
Light as a leaf in autumn. 🍂🤎

Fewer this year than before, yet still a treasure 🍂🍄‍🟫🤎🍃
Perhaps summer’s heat kept them hiding.☀️💛
I love the autumn season, crisp air, earthy scents, and the forest whispering its farewell to summer. 🍃💫

What is love? ❤️
Maybe the purest form of love is a loyal gaze and a cold nose. Love doesn’t have to be perfect – it just has to be real. And sometimes, it takes a dog to remind us how easy it is to see with the heart.❤️🐕‍🦺
