I needed to hear this 10 years ago. As I’d not long given birth to my eldest 🤍

1. I’d put money on the fact that you think your 30s are good, but your 40s will be even better.

2. Drop the expectations of where you think you’ll be and what you will be doing. I gave up my advertising career and re trained. The world is your oyster.

3. Your hormones start kicking in again and you need to start investing in your skin.

4. Surround yourself with people that always big you up, not bring you down. I don’t have time for that BS.

5. Believe you can do anything. & eat that chocolate. 🤍
