The year of the horse prompted me to paint a magical horned creature with horsey vibes.. 🦄 Emerging from the darkness and mist, with a quiet, otherworldly presence… mysterious and gentle, yet also powerful ✨ 🤍

Oil on canvas. As always, my paintings are a slow, meditative process, hours over several months. Completed August 2026.
Thank you to Charissa at @impressionpaintingstudio 🎨

Last year I spent several weeks in a recording studio near Montpellier, France, with filmmaker and producer Frank Vroegop. @frank.vroegop 🎥
Together we created an album of electronic songs in French and English, built around classic analogue synths. I’m the voice (how’s my French accent? 😅), while Frank created and produced the music and visual world.

We decided this should become a new band/concept: ‘Europium’ with Frank as the creative force behind it.
The visuals draw from his vast experience as a filmmaker and artist, alongside some AI experimentation.
@europium.art

The album has been mixed by legendary Dominique Blanc-Francard (who has worked with acts including Serge Gainsbourg, David Bowie, Elton John, Pink Floyd, and Vanessa Paradis) at the LABOMATIC Studio in Paris and Trouville 💫 @labomaticstudios

An EP/Maxi is now available on all major streaming platforms showcasing one of the tracks ‘Au Pays des merveilles de Juliet’ including remixes by Nail (House producer and one half of duo Bent) and Sie Medway-Smith (engineer/producer for Bjork, Massive Attack, Depeche Mode to name a few!) @_siemedwaysmith_
