@terihofford visited me at @earthlingstudi0s and I had the honour of being behind her camera. I was definitely out of my comfort zone but so glad I trusted her and her vision. The results are raw, poetic and captivating.

2023 mantra- Lead with LOVE 🤍
Especially to myself !

Perfectionism and impossible expectations of myself in 2022 lead me to some pretty dark times. Burn out, intense anxiety and depression plagued me near the end of 2022. I’ve realized the story I was telling myself and wasn’t even aware of was to keep pushing through, keep hustling, ignore my body, ignore my mental health, ignore everything just to reach a business goal because I felt behind in life. I now see that this was actually the biggest form of self sabotage of all.

Taking time for yourself is the biggest gift of all. It allows clarity, a higher perspective, and the chance to get back into alignment with self. I have decided to make a promise to myself to always honour and listen to myself by taking breaks, rest more, fuel my body with healthy foods, cut out the negative self talk and self judgments, listen to my intuitions, accept myself flaws and all, invest in myself, lean into the unknown, build community with like minded souls and to be kind to myself and others. Above all else, to be my own best friend 🤍 When everything is said and done, love, especially self love is the only thing that matters in this life. by @katwillson
