32 years on this planet, 2 years in the gym ✅I am so lucky to be able (physically, financially etc) to work out as much as I do. I have truly fallen in love with the gym and my own potential. It is the most empowering and freeing feeling I have ever experienced. Highly recommend 10/10. Can’t wait to work out 5x a week for the rest of my life to maintain a mid physique 🙂‍↕️ by @katye_bug

03/07/25 marks my one year gym anniversary. One year since I decided to choose myself, to finally give myself the gift of dedication and discipline. My whole life I never saw any reason in taking care of myself, I struggled finding enjoyment in movement. I turned 30 and I decided to change that. Thank you to everyone who decided to join me, who supported me through this process, and a special thank you to those who found issue with me loving myself, and made their swift exits out of my life ❤️ My goal this next year is to continue growing stronger and more capable, to continue putting myself first, and to keep on loving myself (but definitely get stronger bc my dead lift sucks). 💪 by @katye_bug

12/14/24 two of the kindest people I have had the privilege of knowing got married yesterday!! I am honestly so honored to have been a part of this beautiful experience. There was so much love in that room last night and it shows in your beautiful union. You will have many many many great years full of love and joy ahead of you. 1994-2024 spending my 30th rotation and finale of my Saturn return being a bad bitch 🫶 my twenties were fun, sure, but it they were also chaotic, traumatizing, difficult, and were ultimately a beautiful learning experience. I’m thankful that I’m here, that I’m alive mostly well and I’m grateful to know myself in this moment and to give myself everything I now know I deserve.
