I borrowed this lovely hardback copy of AN EXPANSE OF BLUE from @kalohcc after my hula hālau practice because I will because I will have the pleasure of chatting with @kauawrites at our duo author event in Hilo, Saturday, October 10th, 12 pm at @bbookshilo . I also belong to the @mawhcc, the Washington Hawaiian Civic Club, so imagine my delight to discover Kauakanilehua’s protagonist lives in that state. As luck (or providence) would have it, I happened to be wearing my MAWHCC hoodie!
