Hey Y’all wanted to share this really fun animation I did a while back at @animationmentor It was my 2nd mechanics shot at ANO3.
It’s one of the shot that I am most proud of how it turned out.

I want to thank @animationmentor for selecting one of my shot for the 2022 showcase and Thank you so much @indi_pops for directing it✨

The idea for this one is same as the last post, I wanted to share slice of life of these tiny people living there life and hurdles they might face.
It was super fun planning out the action and mechanics for it

Hello Everyone, here's how I spent my last few weeks and i absolutely loved it.

Severance has got to be in my top 3 shows now, I cannot believe I was sleeping on this for so long, but i finally gave it a try after my friends convinced me to watch it and damn did I love it.

This dialogue is the exact moment when I got hooked to the show, so i decided to animate it.

It was my first 2 person dialogue shot and one of the longest personal shot i attempted and most of all I enjoyed throughout the process.

Huge Thanks to @animationflow.academy and @alexferreiraa for the amazing feedback and the I cannot thank enough for the workflow i absolutely loved it new fav workflow 100%

I also want to Thank @linodisalvo for the additional notes and tips at ODAD and @jmartimation for the layout and camera notes

I find it difficult to do subtle acting for my animation, so for this shot I really wanted to focus on that and get into the mindset of the character.

She is a professional killer and she has no remorse for her victims, well when I say I wanted to get into that mindset I don't literally mean it XD, but I want to focus on the subtext and her delivery, she wouldn't be angry at her victims, it's her livelihood, it's just another day at the job for her, she knows what she is doing and what's about to happen to the victim.

And I want to Thank @kwinzartist for pointing that aspect out and push me with the subtle calm yet the very danger that lurks in her eyes. And for the amazing feedback ✨

I am happy how it turned out, i learned a lot with shot most importantly on how to control and not go too over the board with the acting.

I modified the texture a bit around her eyes to better suit the mood and that she might have struggled prior to getting an upper hand at her victim

The shot's about a year old now I was hoping to render it first before uploading but anywho, I might do that later

It was bit of challenging colour study for me, but I am happy with it for now, really liked playing with colours, and the mood I wanted convey on this
Most of it was done with a lasso and a square brush.

Here's my first biped model from a concept by the amazing @gg.gopgap

I loved the energy of the design and how dynamic it was being a still pose, I just had to create it,umm i am fairly new to sculpting so bare with me on this one for the terrible retopo and terrible UVs, i am excited to learn more about this craft and most of all I enjoyed it a lot.

Huge Thanks to @phoerens_art for all the help with the questions I had along the way in this piece and @mani_salguero for inspiring me, i am always awestruck by there amazing work. Hoping to practice more and learn from y'all, Again Thank you✨

Breakdown: Model was made in Zbrush, Clothes were done in Marvelous and Texture in Substance and Shading and Rendering in Maya and Arnold

It’s a fan art of this amazing creatures, I wanted to learn the cg production from modelling to comp, it was a perfect opportunity for me to do so and have a lil break from my forte in character animation.

Thank you @fgiroldini for the paint over and the environment, and I am happy it being the first proper rendered image I’ve created definitely more to learn and more to come.

It's really cool to see spidey go between different realities and come across such cool characters, for episode one spidey met The Hood, I really like his ult, the design is insane🔥
