Thank you @nestomalt_srilanka
The atmosphere, energy and vibes were incredible.

Apart from taking the wrong turn and the heat on Sunday, it was an amazing feeling crossing the finish line at the Run For Sri Lanka Colombo Half-Marathon. by @kavishkaw

New city, same effort 🇨🇳

Tough speed workout with @kavinweera
2km warm up jog
8 x 1KM fast pace (1 min, 15 sec rest)
2km cool down jog
Try it 💪🏼

We're running Singapore Marathon in 7 weeks and I'm using it as a tune-up race for London Marathon.

THE MILES. THE PEOPLE. THE ENERGY.

A massive shout out to @kavishkaw for bringing everyone together and using his birthday to make a difference. And to @tailsoffreedomsl , for giving this run a cause worth showing up for.

Everyone who showed up, ran, contributed, and made the morning memorable - THANK YOU 🧡

Kavishka's Colombo Run, I'm still speechless‼️

This was better than I expected and I cannot thank each and every one of you enough for showing up for something bigger than just a run.

A special thank you goes to the amazing sponsors that backed me to make this happen.
The fantastic team behind the scenes that connected everything together. @saseni__weerasinghe @yazidn__ @alisonwijemanne @ameena.musthapha @neeshwck @serendipity.eventslk You were incredible. @chad_stergram
You were an amazing mascot and you stole the show with a cuteness overload.

To everyone who helped promote this event, I'll never forget you. And of course @tailsoffreedomsl My heart was so full to see a huge and beautiful turnout coming together to support what you do. What your team does is truly amazing.

What better way to celebrate my 30th Birthday. Let's do this again next year 🫶🏼 by @kavishkaw

Did you know that if you run before your AM gelato, the calories literally don’t count!? It’s just science 🤷🏽‍♀️. Everyone at this run got the memo 😂 by @kavishkaw
