Often times I get asked how do I exclusively breastfeed baby while still working… and honestly, it’s not just about milk. It’s about the little sacrifices no one sees, the quiet moments where I remind myself that I’m doing something bigger than me.

Things I don’t feel guilty about as a 6-month breastfeeding mom.

I’ve heard all the buzz (and drama) about the Aztec Bentonite Clay – some say it burns, stings, or is just too much for sensitive skin. BUT, I decided to put my own spin on it (because who follows instructions anyway? 😏). Here’s my foolproof glow-getter recipe:
