UPDATE on our Premier Honda experience:

I always believe in giving credit where credit is due, so I wanted to share how everything ended.

After the issues we experienced earlier in the process, GM Tommy at Premier Honda stepped in and made things right. He worked with us and ultimately put us in an even better car at an even better price, and we truly appreciate the way he handled the situation.

I also want to give a shoutout to our salesman Derrick. Derrick was not one of the original salesmen involved in the issues we had, and from the moment he started helping us, he was great to work with. He helped us through the entire process and made sure we were taken care of.

The original situation was frustrating and absolutely could have been handled differently, but I respect a business that is willing to acknowledge a problem and make it right. Thank you Tommy and Derrick for turning our experience around!

It’s safe to say, my girl loves her very first car! by @kayceekaycee
