I always lead my life with gratitude 🙏🏽 especially to God for giving me another year
This year has been a year of new challenges of constantly stepping out of my comfort zone, of saying yes to new things, of learning new things, of meeting new people. Ups and downs but over all I’m just so grateful
Can’t wait to see what this next year brings 🤍 taken in San Salvador by @kaydi.ramos

I use to tell myself I wasn’t a runner, I didn’t like running. Two months ago I went to @kaizenrunco and ran for the first time since high school and I thought okay, not tooo bad.
One of my favorite things now is the positive self talk during running, telling myself I can do it!
That I’m almost there, one more step.
Also to have friends that run with me but also in life! #babyrunner #beginnerrunner by @kaydi.ramos

Weekends in NYC are really my vibe right now,
What did bad bunny say,

Si te quieres divertir
Con encanto y con primor
Solo tienes que vivir (¿aónde?)

I just started running in the beginning of June. I use to tell myself I hated running running, that I wasn’t a runner, I can’t say that I’ve fallen in love with running but I do love the challenge of it and also the positive self talk #babyrunner #beginerrunner taken in Tysons Corner, Virginia by @kaydi.ramos
