Last night of Sydney met up with lovable @shermainesaw , a former student of mine, I call her the “Power” singer of my lot. So pretty and not changed a bit in her fun, bubbly personality. Great catchup at @mr.wongsydney . Met boyfriend, Terry who’s a gem. What a happy happy night 🥂❤️ by @kayepeace

Eating our way through Sydney proved to be a mouthwatering awesome experience. Not enough stomachs for so much food that we want to try. After 7 nights , Firedoor is our favourite. by @kayepeace

Charlotte Oo performed her 20th something and final show as Cosette. Not even 9 yo yet but very professional and very resilient to the discipline required to be in a world class touring show. So proud of her. Can’t wait to have her back for singing lessons with me and @singacademysg . #lesmis #lesmiserables taken in Sands Theatre by @kayepeace

Recalling a really fun experience in Puglia back in April. Don’t think I can make pasta for a living, so i will stick to teaching music. 🎶 🤩#puglia #orreciettepasta #italianexperience taken in Masseria Casina Vitale by @kayepeace

Thank you for every early morning, every sacrifice, every prayer, and every hug that helped our students grow into who they are today. Your love shapes hearts, builds confidence, and makes our school community brighter every single day.

Happy Mother’s Day to all our amazing school moms! 🤍✨

We signed up for a cheese making tour and it was really one of the best experience we had in Puglia. The masseria is a farm the breeds cows and also produce milk . So we got to see the pregnant cows, mummy cows and baby calfs that we got to pet. Yes and one goat. Then we were showed around where the cows were milked ( no, not by hand) and how the milk travelled through the pipes into these huge containers that stirred the milk . Then added some enzymes and salt .. voila became the cheese lah! Kneading with hot water turned it into mozarella . Then for burrata add in the stretcherella ( ??) cheese ! 😂. Eat and enjoy. Yummy! #cheese #puglia #masseria #cows @masseriaseppunisi taken in Masseria Seppunisi by @kayepeace

A Masseria is a working farm house. We stayed in Masseria Il Frantoio for 3 nights as a base to Ostuni and The Valle d’Itria in central Puglia, Italy, renowned for its, limestone-dotted landscapes and olive groves. The olive trees are 1000-2000 years old. Very tranquil place to reset oneself. #masseria #puglia #italyadventures taken in Masseria Il Frantoio by @kayepeace
