Had to get my lick back at the Baltimore Running Festival Half Marathon! I wasnโ€™t sure how this was going to go but I ended up PRing by 15 minutes from last year!! Iโ€™m beyond proud of myself and truly just went out there and pushed myself and just soaked it all in. You can truly do anything you put your mind to and I got another 13.1 in the books! Now I need about 7-14 business days to recover ๐Ÿฅฒ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™‚โ€โ†”๏ธ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿฆ€๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ by @kayla.leake24

did you miss me? by @kayla.leake24
I have spent the last 18 years dedicated to this sport and just like that, itโ€™s all over. Itโ€™s a bitter sweet feeling as on one hand I feel sad but on the other I feel a sense of relief as the journey has not always been the best physically or mentally for me. This experience has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding things I have gone through so far. With that, I will forever be grateful for the people I have gotten to meet throughout my journey and who made all of this simply .. worth it. Thank you to my support system who never gave up on me and who continues to support me through every stage of my life because without you guys, none of this would have been possible. As one chapter ends, a new one begins and Iโ€™m excited to see where that takes me. #24 officially out ๐Ÿค by @kayla.leake24
