I’ve learned that sometimes the strongest thing you can do is wave the white flag and ask for help. I’m incredibly grateful for @lyrahealth and my mental health coach, who gave me the tools and support I needed to manage the stress of stepping into a new job role. I’ve officially graduated from my sessions, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far I’ve come. Growth isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. 💙 by @kayla_mather
