Got my headshot updated so I thought now would be the perfect time to re-introduce myself 😊 Hi!! I’m Kayla Ekholm (pronounced eck-HOME) and I’m the New Home Specialist at Robert Thomas Homes. I’ve been a licensed agent for about two years, but my family has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years…..so I’ve basically been training for this my whole life 😉 Home is literally my last name 🫶🏽 Here is what I can do for you: 1. Teach you about New Construction. What can you expect when building a new home? What does it mean to build your home with RTH? 2. Inform you about current building and mortgage incentives. (My favorite slogan right now is: Marry the House, Date the Rate). 3. Update you on upcoming and current Quick Move-In homes. I work for ALL of our Communities so I have a TON of information. 4. Set up a time for you to tour any of our Models/ Homes that we have here in Minnesota! I even have access to homes that aren’t on the market yet 😉 5. Make you laugh every now and then…….hopefully Think of me as a starting point for your home search. I’m here to help you find answers, explore your options, and take the next step with confidence. I graduated with a teaching degree thinking that I would teach high school social studies, but instead I’m teaching people about New Home Construction!! I love to chat and I promise I’m a kind person so don’t hesitate to call me with any questions you might have about Robert Thomas Homes and the building process 🏡🫶🏽 952-522-0967 Thanks for being here!! I can’t wait to connect ❤️ #robertthomashomes #newconstructionhomes #homebuyingjourney #minnesotarealestate #newhome by @kaylaekhomes
Are you a realtor? Here’s what I would be ghosting this season if I were you: 1. That house with the basement from a horror movie? Nah, I’d pass. Your clients deserve their dream home, not haunted house. 2. The client who’s a part time independent house hunter? Jump scare!!! Register them with me so I can team you up before they go rogue. 3. The fear of New Construction? Don’t worry. Think of me as your New Construction Wizard, Witch, Genie…. you get the point What would I NOT ghost? Me….duh! Let me make the home search a little less spooky for you AND your clients 👻 952-522-0967 kayla.ekholm@robertthomashomes.com #newconstruction #robertthomashomes #ghost #spookyseason #realtor by @kaylaekhomes
