My cup is overflowing of an abundance of joy & gratefulness from all of the love, prayer, encouragement, and support I have received these past 26 weeks of my first-ever bodybuilding prep!!

I’ve met so many incredible people within this sport and I seriously could not have done it without my community. None of this would have been possible if it weren’t for my friends, family, and everlasting grace I’ve received from everyone around me! From all of my mood-swings, declined invites, hangriness, and asking if I can bring my meal prep everywhere, they’ve been here through it all. My friends have now seen every version of me possible, but have always been the most accommodating and understanding when it came to my newly attained lifestyle.

My family is seriously the best, and they’ve loved me every step of the way!! Whether it be me filling the fridge with my meal prep containers (they even got me a mini fridge for all of my food), to holding me through all of my mental breakdowns, to always seeking the next best opportunity for me. They have wanted to see me succeed since I first ever brought up the idea of bodybuilding. They have done nothing short of holding me accountable and also being amazing role models & cheerleaders.

Super thankful for my wonderful coach @alh.lifts for working with me on such short notice after supporting me as a friend throughout my entire journey. You know how to work your magic, and have proven to me that anything is possible. Thank you for believing in me, thank you for the tough love, and thank you for changing my life!!

This is only the beginning. Lots more work to do, but luckily it’s time to GROW! 2027 has some exciting things in store, and I can’t wait to see where God takes me!! 💜
