If you know, you know 💙🌊 The bridge has been the spot for late night chats, walks, picnics, car hangs, therapy sessions and everything in between!! Every local has a memory down here.

Wild Honey is officially my new favourite thrift store 🖤

If you haven’t been yet, you NEED to check it out! So many amazing finds, and I could’ve spent hours looking around.

Feeling lucky I got to go thrifting with the thrifting queen herself, @mckrat ✨

Your next girls’ night in could look like this 🥂✨

I celebrated my birthday at @theplympton , a converted church with the prettiest stained glass windows and lots of room to get your favourite people together! Girl dinner, drinks, and a little running around 😂🤍 The perfect getaway close to home.

Comment CHAPEL and I’ll send you the Airbnb link 💌

10 years together and this was our first photoshoot 🥹

I kept putting it off waiting for the right time and somehow a whole decade went by!!

If the cost, not feeling confident, or feeling awkward is what’s stopping you, try a mini session! It’s a shorter session and usually costs less than a full shoot. Ours was only 20 minutes!

And you don’t need to know how to pose! You’re basically the photographer’s puppet 😂 She tells you where to stand, where to look, what to do with your hands. It’s way less awkward than you’ve built it up to be in your head.

Get the fucking photos!! You’ll want the memories 🤎

📸 @nicolegodfreyphotography thanks for being the best! Can’t wait for the photos 😍

I kept thinking I needed to start running before I could join a run club 😂

Turns out I could just show up, walk a little, jog a little, and meet some lovely people along the way.

If you’ve been waiting to try something, this is your sign to stop waiting until you feel ready. Get out and do the thing!! Comfort, confidence and the rest will follow 🤍

Next week’s run is under the bridge at 6 PM! Check out @stillstandingrunclub for details. Any newbies coming with me?

And please give @brightside.sarnia a look too. Avery is putting so much heart into supporting our community, and more people need to know about the beautiful things happening over there 🫶🏼

Ten years together and our first fair 🥹🤎🎡

He told me I could get anything I wanted, and I may have gotten a little carried away. Left with a sweater, a jacket, a sun catcher, earrings, a cowgirl hat and a belly full of fair food.

Love you, babe!! Thanks for always spoiling me 🤠🤎 I love the little life we have together, and I’m so ready for what’s next! Can’t wait to plan our wedding, build our family and grow old laughing with you 😘

Thanksgiving with a view 🤎

Lots of food, lots of laughs, and me getting distracted by every bird or boat that went by 😂🫶🏼

If you’ve never been on the back of a motorcycle, I highly recommend it!! 🥹

There’s something so freeing about having absolutely nothing to do but sit back and take it all in. The views, the people, the little things you’d normally drive right past.

Tonight I found myself taking mental pictures of everything (once my phone died 😂). People playing soccer in a field with the prettiest sunset behind them. All the motorcycles still out enjoying the beautiful weather. Looking down the highway from the overpass at the clouds and pink sky, just thinking how something so simple can be so pretty 😍

I think part of me was trying to soak it all in because I know these evenings are numbered. Soon it’ll be grey skies, empty fields, and a whole lot less life happening outside.

There’s something a little bittersweet about enjoying the last of the good weather while knowing it’s coming to an end.

I don’t really know where I’m going with this 😂 I just think there’s something pretty special about having nowhere else to be and nothing else to do but enjoy what’s right in front of you 🫶🏼

This is your sign to go do the thing 🤎

Over the last month I’ve signed myself up for a handful of local events and I’m realizing how much can come from simply putting yourself in the room.

I’ve met so many amazing women, had conversations with people I probably would’ve never crossed paths with otherwise and left each time feeling inspired in some way.

And none of that would’ve happened if I stayed home scrolling on the couch!!

Go to the event. Try the class. Introduce yourself. Get a little uncomfortable, sis. You never know what can come from just showing up ✨
