Dear mom,

Today would have been your 51st birthday here on earth. It has also been 10 days since God decided you were too great for this world. I feel like I’m dying at times. I will never understand why you had to go and I had to stay here without you.
You are the most selfless, beautiful, kind soul that has ever stepped foot onto this earth and I thank God everyday that I get to have you as my mom. You are my entire heart, my bestest friend and soulmate. You are my life. You are what makes me, me. You are one of a kind.
I have spent almost everyday with you for my entire life and I will continue to spend everyday with you from a small distance. The love that I have for you is indescribable and I miss you so much my heart aches. You have given me a lifetime of love in just a short 24 years. I hope to be just as amazing and strong as you are.

Our little Brodie Lynn. You grew up with us for 16 years. I never really believed you would actually leave us, no matter how old you got. I’m in shock and my heart is broken even more. I miss your little tip taps on the floor. I miss you twirling every time you were ready to eat. You grieved the loss of mom and still managed to be the sweetest baby & take care of me. God knew I couldn’t lose both of you and you hung on as long as your little body could. I’m missing you bad bobo. The space between me and tanner at night will never be the same.
