A lot of new people here so a little reintroduction 👋🧡

I’m Kaylee 〰️ c-section boy mom x2, wife, Jesus follower, fitness coach, wellness lover, adventure seeker, content creator + the girl behind this little corner of the internet. ✨

This space has grown with me through so many seasons— pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, fitness, travel, wellness + everything in between.

And now I’m SO excited to bring a little more of my first love back here… FITNESS. 💪🏼

I’ve been working behind the scenes on something I’ve wanted to create for a long time…

ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAMS ARE COMING SOON. 👀

Programs designed to help women feel strong, confident + consistent… without fitness having to take over your life but rather fit into your life like the missing puzzle piece 🧩

This next chapter feels so good. 🤎🧡

Follow along because I’ll be sharing all the details VERY soon!

I am 5 weeks postpartum & this is your reminder that healing is part of the journey 🤍

Not every workout needs to be intense.
Not every season is about pushing harder.

Right now, it’s about rebuilding.
It’s about reconnecting.
It’s about giving my body the care it deserves after bringing life into this world ✨

This is my rehab routine this week. It is slow, intentional, & focused on strength from the inside out. (This video is sped up to 2.0) Not only focusing on core reconnection, but mobility that supports breast feeding…IYKYK 😮‍💨🫠

To every mama in this season: you’re not “starting over”… you’re starting stronger 💪🏼

Save this for your gentle comeback days & follow along for more real postpartum fitness 🤍

My reason for everything, right here.

Thank you, Jesus 🙌

The trick-or-treaters weren’t even home yet 😋🎃🎄

But there’s something about seeing Christmas through your babies’ eyes that makes you want it all to last as long as possible. ✨🤎

Be honest… is Halloween night too early? 👀 Come at me 🤣

100% organic, locally grown, & absolutely adorable 🎃

This has to be one of my favorite trends! Manning wanted to join & give the pumpkin some loving 🥰 Nothing better than this 🙌

Swipe to see how it started 😅 Mack was not a fan of the cold slimy insides. He was much happier with clothes on 😂

My body gave me two babies, now I’m giving it a little TLC 🧖‍♀️🤎✨

Motherhood has changed so much about me, including my skin. & while I’m grateful for every season my body has carried me through, I’m also embracing the little things that help me feel like me again.

This treatment is all about supporting collagen production, improving skin texture, & giving my skin a little extra love from the inside out.

So excited to continue this skin journey with @ILŪMRA Skin! Next up is their Glass Skin Facial— MY FAVORITE 🤩

If you’re in the Raleigh area & you are looking for someone to trust with your skin, look no further 🙌

I promise to share my love for wandering, to show you the beauty of this big, beautiful world, but also to teach you the importance of staying rooted. May your curiosity always lead you to new places, your faith keep you grounded, & your roots always remind you where home is. 🌳🤎

Roadtrips don’t look like they used to 😅😮‍💨🥰

The last 45 minutes was the worst part, but totally worth it for family beach time 🌴🙌✨
