rose came in with pre-lightened hair she’d been doing at home, due to the banding she’d began to get she decided it was time to come to the salon. we lightened to match the lightened hair close to the root with an abundance of caution as her hair was compromised and could not handle any overlap without risk of further damage. we went with a pinwheel pattern and a bright peekaboo of orange 🍊 to have a beautiful pop of additional colour.
she now has the perfect hair for her punk band and her many other creative pursuits! (ps i love having clients that are wildly cooler than me)

definition of trust the process -> swipe for the journey

Starting from a base of blue and purple hair with dark brown roots we needed to neutralize the old colours and replace them with a rich cherry cola 🍒
we used @davinesofficial beautiful things when lifting the roots, to get the cleanest lift possible. 🏋️‍♀️ With @oligopro lightener with built in bond building to get our base where we needed. taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @kayleescuts

she asked for “irish allegations”…

Keeley initially came in for her consult and we discussed that her hair was severely compromised and there would need to be steps prior to such a large change. She started prepping her own hair with @k18hair molecular repair mask to ensure the best canvas possible. Using K18’s prep tools to keep her hair safe we did a full global bleach out and a couple process colour, her naturally curly hair being compromised meant that our bright copper took more than one round.
She went home with @davinesofficial copper alchemical shampoo + conditioner to keep her colour bright for home maintenance 💗💗

what she asked for: ribbons of blonde+ dimension + solid blonde ends

what we did: full head of medium + large weaves with teasylights. colour in between the foils to give her hair depth again, and a root melt to deepen and enrichen her natural root. tip outs to even out her ends to an even tone.

@k18hairpro to protect her hair, @redken shades eq for our colour and @oligopro lightener. styled with my favourite @ariabeauty 1.25” curling iron <3
