A little reintroduction because this space is growing with me🩷

Some of you have been here since pregnancy, some found me through Jude’s NICU journey, and some of you have watched me navigate all the different versions of myself over the years.

Motherhood changed my life in ways I could never explain, but I’m also still Kaylin. The girl with big dreams, a big personality, a whole lot of faith, and a vision for what I want to build.

And I want to bring more women into that vision with me.

I’m growing my business, helping women learn social commerce, sharing the products I love, and creating a space where women can pursue their own goals, too.

If you’ve been curious about what I’m doing with MONAT, or you’ve been looking for something you can build alongside everything else you have going on, I would LOVE to talk to you.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to learn.

DM me MORE and let’s talk 🖤 by @kaylinsharisse

I went from feeling burned out and stuck in business to feeling excited about what I’m building again. I didn’t have it all figured out. I just knew it was time to say YES.

Before Monat, I was an affiliate for another company. I was showing up but I wasn’t making the money I wanted anymore. And honestly, I had lost my passion. I had lost my spark.

I felt God pulling me in a different direction and I knew I wanted more for myself and my family.

I said yes because I saw other moms creating financial stability, having flexibility and experiencing more with their families. I wanted that possibility for myself, too.

Since saying yes, I’ve gained confidence, grown as a leader, found mentorship that actually gives me direction and rediscovered the excitement I had been missing.

And financially, my paychecks have helped with gas, Starbucks, eating out, and groceries. I’ve even been able to put my bonuses aside for rainy days, like when that credit card bill shows up😂

Those might seem like little things but they make a difference in our household and I’m proud of that.

My bigger vision is to stay home with Jude while still contributing financially to our household, create memories and experiences with my family, work toward some big goals and help other women and moms build something for themselves, too.

I’m not where I want to be yet but I’m proud of where I am and excited about where I’m GOING.

Sometimes all it takes is saying YES to a new direction 🫶🏼

My why started 6 years ago when I first said yes to MONAT ✨

Back then, I wasn’t chasing luxury. I was chasing freedom.

I wanted to become a stay at home mom one day.
I wanted to help support my family.
I wanted to stop living paycheck to paycheck.
And deep down… I wanted to build something that could become a legacy.

At 24 years old, I didn’t fully know what I was capable of yet. But I knew I wanted more for my future.

Now here I am, years later, stepping back into this chapter as a wife, a mama, and a completely different woman than I was before.

This season feels different.

Because now my “why” has faces attached to it.
My son.
My husband.
Our pups.
Our future.

I want a life where I can be present. Where memories matter more than missing moments because of work schedules. Where I can help provide while also being there for the little things.

And one of the biggest things that inspired me to come back was seeing what’s possible when you’re led by a woman who truly went after every dream she talked about.

A woman who built the freedom.
The confidence.
The success.
The family life.
The legacy.

It reminded me that maybe the dreams on my heart aren’t “too big” either.

So no… this isn’t just about haircare for me.

It’s about possibility.
It’s about becoming the woman I always hoped I could be.
And helping other women realize they can build something beautiful too 🤍

He’s not going to remember a single thing, but that won’t stop me😂🎄

The matching pajamas, the Christmas books, the decorations, the pictures, the traditions. We’re doing ALL of it.

First Christmas as a mama and I’m about to be absolutely insufferable.

Tell me I’m not the only one🤣

I want to talk to the woman who’s been watching from the sidelines.

Maybe you’ve asked me questions about Monat. Maybe you’ve been curious about the products, the business or how I’m building something from my phone while being a mom.

And maybe you’ve thought about doing it yourself but keep finding reasons why now isn’t the right time.

I get it. Starting something new is scary.

But you don’t need business experience. You don’t need a huge social media following. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You need to be coachable, willing to learn and ready to put in the work.

I can teach you what I’ve learned, show you the tools we have and help you find your starting point.

You get to decide what you do with the opportunity.

Comment YES and let’s talk about what getting started with Monat could look like for you 🖤

We're not waiting until Thanksgiving.
We're not waiting until December.
November 1st means the Christmas season has officially started, and I will not be taking questions🤣🎄

The tree is going up, the Christmas music is playing and my house is about to look like Santa threw up in it. Don't like it? That's okay. I'll be over here decking the halls❤️

Who's with me?! 🎅🏼

I’m an ADHD, Type B woman and my idea of Christmas is a little chaotic, a little messy and imperfectly perfect.

What if November is the month everything starts changing because YOU finally decided to take that first step?

You don’t need another sign. You don’t need to wait until January 1st. You just need to decide that you’re done putting yourself on the back burner.

There’s still time to make this year count🫶🏼

Comment NOW if November is YOUR month 👏🏼

Happy Halloween Love the Hughes family!! 🎃🖤

October was one to remember. Jude’s first pumpkin patch, first family outing and first Halloween🥹

4 months old and 1 month corrected. I’m just so grateful to have our boy home with us, making memories during my favorite time of year.

God is so good and this year I have a whole new reason to love the fall season 🍂🍁🎃 by @kaylinsharisse
